KEYES UNIVERSITY
For decades, The Keyes Company’s associate development training programs have been a trademark of our company’s success, gaining the admiration and emulation of those in the local and national real estate communities.  Keyes University training has helped to start or advance the real estate careers of more than 20,000 professionals throughout South Florida. With programs for newly licensed associates and advanced programs for seasoned professionals, including commercial real estate, Keyes associates can attend live professional trainings at either our formal training centers or branch locations.  We believe that the delivery of the information is as important as the material. As such, each program is taught by highly skilled instructors led by Keyes Vice President and Director of Training, Phil Clodgo.  In addition, Keyes presents many of the top national real estate trainers for companywide programs to further enhance our internal training.

KEYES BUSINESS CERTIFICATION
The Keyes Business Certification (KBC) program is for all associates, regardless of prior experience.  This program shows an associate how to become an entrepreneur of their own real estate business. The KBC program offers more than 100 classes per year and immerses sales associates into the daily functions and responsibilities of a real estate professional while enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit necessary to create their own business. The high intensity, hands-on curriculum is combined with a mentored coaching program, cementing our belief that accountability is the foundation of any successful mentoring program.

ADVANCED MASTERS PROGRAM
Upon completion of the KBC program, associates are encouraged to attend our Advanced Master’s Program (AMP).  AMP is a series of three in-depth sessions focusing on Keyes marketing tools, technology and specialty programs.  Sessions include a technical course taught by our company’s Chief Information Officer, a course on selling to affluent customers using the Keyes Luxury Portfolio brand, and a course on topical subjects relevant to the current market, such as short sales and foreclosures.  

DAVID KNOX PROGRAM
The David Knox Program consists of more than 100 videos on virtually every real estate topic. Each session is available online and varies from 15 to 20 minutes in length. This program is designed as a refresher for associates that want to hone their existing skills.

COMMERCIAL TRAINING
MEET THE STARS
Meet the Stars is a series of video interviews featuring all of the top producers and top executives within The Keyes Company.  The interviews are approximately 10 minutes each and are dedicated to the associate that would like to emulate the success of some of Keyes’ best.

FOUNDATION TO SUCCESS
Foundation to Success is a 30-day program with a schedule of activities that places new associates firmly on the road to success.
